The Green Lanten - A5 Hand Stitched Notebook Special Edition

£25.00
Item number: 1

We all need a superhero in our lives! I particularly love the iconic imagery of vintage super heroes and for this notebook I have reused an exhausted, vintage DC, Green Latern comic from the early 1980s.

This notebook is a special edition of my hand stitched. It is stitched in a way that gives it a perfect flat spine allowing the notebook to open nice and flat. Inside there are colour co-ordinated endpapers with some info on the print used. You can still personalise it with the library card insert and the intergral bookmark is the same. With a few extra plain pages and fancy endbands this notebook feelsa bit special.

The hard covers reuse the comic’s salvaged front cover with part of the story unfolding inside and through to the back. The internal pages are plain combined with the feature pages where the Green Lantern has to overcome one his nemesis. You can see how this works in the images provided.

Please look carefully at the images I have shown you any age and use related ware where necessary. I think they add character and authenticity, like little moments in time....
